Investigating - HUIT is investigating an error when logging into Harvard ServiceNow. After authentication, some users receive an error message saying "Security constraints prevent access to requested page."

Users who are already logged in will remain logged in until your session times out due to inactivity.

Identified - HUIT is currently performing a system upgrade from Duo to Okta. As a result, some users may encounter issues accessing their Harvard M365 accounts.

If you encounter an issue logging into M365 (Teams, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint) please use Outlook on the Web (https://www.outlook.com/harvard.edu ). If issues persist please contact the Help Desk at ithelp@harvard.edu or (617) 495-7777.

Scheduled - This change represents the cutover of HarvardKey authentication from IAM infrastructure to Okta, which is the first phase of the Passwordless ITCRB project. As of 7:00AM on Wednesday, February 26th, authentication for all HarvardKey-integrated applications will be delegated to Okta in production.

Users will see a new HarvardKey sign-in screen. MFA-required users will be prompted to link their Duo account to Okta on first sign-in.
